Delivery
Delivery of products is provided via Royal Mail 48hr service. We despatch parcels within 24hrs (working days only). Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive.
We offer local delivery for all of our balloon displays - this is calculated per distance/time. Please speak to us if you'd like a quote. Many of the displays can be collected in a car but larger displays will require a van, and in some cases time on site to install in place.

Click and Collect
Any of our items can be ordered online for collection from our shop. You can also call us to order or check availability at 01432274098. There is a loading bay opposite our shop for goods vehicles only (not cars!). We can bring pre-paid items out to you if you let us know you are there but be warned - the traffic wardens might move you on, and will ticket empty cars.

Please contact us within 1 month of purchase via email/phone/visit if you wish to make a return stating your reasons for doing so.

1. Non-Faulty goods
Online sales: We will exchange/refund/issue credit note for products returned within 1 month of the delivery date. Products returned must be unused, and returned in a clean re-sellable condition with undamaged complete original packaging.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however we understand there are times when you may need to return something to us. If you wish to return an item for any reason please pack the item(s) securely and send the parcel to the address at the top of this page.
2. Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event an item is damaged, wrong or faulty, please contact us immediately or ring us on 01432 274098. By wrong item we mean not receiving the item you ordered, so please check your order details are correct at time of submitting.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we require goods are returned before dispatching replacements or refunds. If you need the item quicker, you can reorder and then return the faulty or damaged item for a refund.
If no fault can be found with the goods then we will contact you as soon as possible for more information. If we have to return a fault free item to a customer then a re-delivery fee may be required to cover additional costs.
Should you receive the wrong goods for some reason, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to get them back and replace them.
3. Returning Items
Where possible you should use a tracked service and retain a proof of postage receipt as you will then be protected by the couriers insurance. Please be aware that the item is posted at your own risk, and only once we have received the item(s) back in its original condition are we able to process a refund. Goods returned for an exchange will not be charged for postage as we understand you're making a sacrifice when paying to return an item so we will cover the replacement postage cost.
4. Postage on Returns
Please be aware that when returning goods to us, for whatever reason, it is at your own cost. We strongly advise you to follow the guidelines in 2.2.1 Refunds and Exchanges regarding postage. We will only refund the postage charges on items if we agree with you that the fault is on our behalf.
BDC Party Shop is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.
